Cuvée des Jonquilles

The story

One of our rotating guest taps: Cuvée des Jonquilles is brewed at Brasserie au Baron in Gussignies, a village in northern France a stone's throw from the Belgian border, in the same farmhouse tradition as the saisons across it. Golden, lightly hazy and floral, named after the daffodils, jonquilles, that come up in spring.

A bière de garde at 6.5% that took gold at the 2012 Brussels Beer Challenge. Guest taps 17-24 rotate continually, each beer stays on until the keg runs dry; ask at the bar what's pouring tonight.
