The story
Chimay is brewed inside the walls of Scourmont Abbey in Wallonia, one of only a handful of breweries in the world allowed to carry the Trappist mark. The monks have brewed there since 1862, and what the brewery earns goes back to the abbey and to charity.
This is the pale one of the company: golden, with spicy abbey yeast and a dry finish.
